Is Shipping Free?
- Yes! All domestic (U.S.) orders receive free shipping on posters and canvases.
- International orders have shipping fees based on location.
Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes! We proudly offer worldwide shipping for all posters and canvases. However, international orders may incur shipping fees. Domestic orders (U.S.) receive free shipping on all posters and canvases.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
- Canvases: 2-4 business days processing + shipping time
- Posters: 3-4 business days processing + shipping time
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will require additional processing time.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with updates on delivery progress.
Can I Make a Special Request at Checkout?
We love that our collectors appreciate personal touches, but at this time, we cannot accommodate special requests (e.g., signatures, handwritten notes, or expedited processing).
Every order is carefully processed to maintain efficiency, fairness, and quality.
Can I Modify My Order After Checkout?
Due to the automated nature of our fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee order changes once checkout is complete. However, if you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at aaronyapaints@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

We receive a high volume of messages daily, so DMs on social media are not monitored for order inquiries. Using our contact email ensures that we can respond efficiently and assist you as quickly as possible.
Do Prints or Canvases Come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Only limited edition prints and original works come with a Certificate of Authenticity. Open edition posters and canvases do not include certification.
Are Prints or Canvases Hand-Signed?
No. Open edition prints and canvases feature a printed signature that is embedded in the artwork. Hand-signed editions are only available for original works or limited runs when specified.
Do You Accept Commissions?
At this time, we are not accepting custom commissions. We prioritize our creative flow and naturally evolving projects, but if commissions become available in the future, our Collector’s Club will be the first to know!
Where Can I Find My Order Confirmation?
Your order confirmation and invoice will be automatically sent to the email you provided at checkout. If you can’t find it:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Search your inbox for emails from aaronyapaints@gmail.com
We do not include paper invoices in shipments to reduce waste.
What Happens If My Order Arrives Damaged or Is Lost in Transit?
Quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. If your order is damaged or hasn't arrived, please contact us at aaronyapaints@gmail.com with:

✅ Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)
We will either reship the item or offer a refund after all resolution options have been explored.
Can I Return or Exchange an Item?
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or is not received. If an issue arises, contact us at aaronyapaints@gmail.com to discuss options.
