Refund Policy
1. Refunds
Refunds are available only in the event of a damaged or unreceived product. If any shipping issues occur, you are 100% eligible for a reshipment. Refunds will only be considered once all possible solutions have been explored to resolve the order issue.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read the product description, shipping, and processing policy before completing a purchase.
2. Returns
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless pre-approved via email at aaronyapaints@gmail.com.
If approved:
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Refund Process (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a set number of days.
- If rejected, we will provide details on why the refund was not approved.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider—processing times may vary.
- Reach out to your bank—refunds may take time to be posted.
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at aaronyapaints@gmail.com.
5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at aaronyapaints@gmail.com.
7. Shipping & Returns
Returning a Product
To initiate a return, you must first email us at aaronyapaints@gmail.com to receive the correct return address.
- We are not responsible for returns sent to incorrect addresses. If an item is returned to the wrong location, it will no longer qualify for a refund or exchange.
- You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
